1. Reservations & Payments

A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure your booking.

Full payment or balance settlement may be requested upon check-in or as stated in your booking confirmation.

Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may be subject to applicable taxes or service charges.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: from 2:00 PM.

Check-out time: until 12:00 PM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made within the free cancellation period specified in your booking confirmation will not incur charges.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equivalent to one night’s stay or as outlined in your booking terms.

4. Children & Extra Beds

Children are welcome. Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

5. Use of Facilities

Guests are expected to use hotel facilities responsibly and respect other guests’ comfort and privacy.

The swimming pool and public areas are for registered guests only unless otherwise arranged.

6. Liability

Kalyana Gangga is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe where available.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen emergencies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local jurisdiction.
